Now we are almost at the finish line. I was hoping you could help me cross that finish line. Election Day is the most crucial time of the entire campaign!
I need a few volunteers to help me at the polls. I need volunteers to sit or stand and hold my campaign sign up and wave it to the voters when they come to vote. I also need you to be a poll watcher. A poll watcher will be given a special affidavit to act on my behalf at the polls. You will be able to go in and speak with the poll manager to get the number of people who have voted. I will need you to report that information to me by phone hourly. You will also be responsible for monitoring any problems at the polling stations. Example: Long lines, people being turned away, or any other incident I should be concerned about.
I have been raising funds to compensate my volunteers for their efforts. I can't say exactly how much I will be able to pay, but I promise I will be as generous as possible. You may decide that I don't have to pay you for your services (this is where the term volunteer comes into play). I know that your time is valuable, so I don't take that for granted. I'm willing and want to pay everyone who takes the time to help me. Any donations I give will be given at least two days after the elections. I can pay you cash or send you a cash app.
I have supplied a download of the polling locationsHERE. Please download the polling location sheet to get the address and other information on the polling location. Please make sure you take into consideration the number of active voters. I need volunteers to really get people's attention at these polling stations so we can get the votes.
I need everyone to submit this online form before Sunday Evening at 6 pm. I need to have time to plan the poll watcher's training session on Monday evening on Zoom.
